Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026 · Tecnomation, Hillside, New Jersey 07205, United States
1. Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility is treated as part of the build, not as an afterthought.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order
- Text and interface colours checked for readable contrast
- Keyboard-navigable menus, forms and interactive components with visible focus states
- Labelled form fields with clear error messages
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Full support for the operating system's "reduce motion" setting — animations are disabled when it is on
- Responsive layouts that work when text is enlarged
3. Standard we work towards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We test as part of our pre-launch QA process, and we treat reported accessibility issues as defects rather than feature requests.
4. Known limitations
Third-party embedded content — such as the Google Map on our contact section — is outside our direct control and may not fully meet the same standard. Where that affects access to information, the same details are always provided in text nearby.
5. Tell us about a problem
If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us at support@tecnomation.com or (716) 317-6884, describing the page and what happened. We will respond within one business day and tell you how and when we intend to fix it.
