Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to services provided by Tecnomation, Hillside, New Jersey 07205, United States. A separate written scope or service agreement may apply to your specific project; where the two conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

2. The $99/month program

The monthly program includes: a 3-page premium website design and development; logo creation or redesign where required; a 1-year domain or connection of an existing domain; 1 year of hosting; an SSL certificate; a responsive build for mobile, tablet and desktop; professional standard content writing; basic SEO setup; a contact form; call and WhatsApp integration; QA and compliance checks; deployment and setup; and ongoing website management and technical support.

3. Pricing and term

The regular price of the program is $299.00 USD per month.
The current promotional price is $99.00 USD per month.
A minimum commitment of three (3) months applies from the start of the subscription.
After the minimum term the subscription continues month to month and may be cancelled at any time with notice as set out in your agreement.
Clients who subscribe at the promotional price retain that price for the duration of their continuous active subscription. Ending the subscription and later resubscribing may be at the price then current.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Additional services

Services beyond the program scope are quoted separately and require written approval before work begins. Implementation charges for additional services do not change the recurring monthly subscription price.

5. Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on receiving your content, assets, approvals and feedback. You confirm that any material you supply is lawful and that you hold the necessary rights to use it. Project timelines may shift where responses are delayed.

6. Ownership

On full payment, the website content and logo files created for you are yours to use. Where a domain is included, it is registered for your business and is transferable to you on request. We retain rights to any underlying frameworks, tooling and reusable components used to build the site.

7. Hosting, domain and SSL

Hosting, domain and SSL inclusions cover one year from launch and continue while your subscription is active. If the subscription ends, hosting and management stop, and it is your responsibility to arrange alternative hosting. We will assist with the transfer of your assets at no charge.

8. What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volumes, enquiry volumes, revenue or any other business outcome. Any figures shown on our website for other providers are typical market ranges given for orientation only and are not quotes or representations about any specific company.

9. Availability and acceptance

We take on a limited number of projects at a time. Submitting a project request does not create a contract; projects are accepted based on scope, fit, timeline and current onboarding capacity.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
