Billing
What the subscription costs from Canada
The program is $99 a month against a regular price of $299, with a three-month minimum, so your first commitment is $297. After that it runs month to month and you can cancel any time. There is no setup fee, and if you join at $99, that rate stays yours for as long as your subscription is active.
All of those figures are US dollars, so the amount that leaves a Canadian account will shift a little from one month to the next as the exchange rate moves, even though our invoice reads $99 every time. Your bank or card issuer can tell you what it comes to on the day you pay.
For that you get a custom-designed three-page website, a logo if you need one, a domain and hosting for a year from launch, SSL, professionally written content in English, basic SEO setup, call and WhatsApp buttons, and ongoing management and support. The full list is on the pricing page.
Payment
Paying by Payoneer, PayPal or crypto
Pay through Payoneer, by card or bank transfer, or by PayPal; either way you get a US-dollar invoice and a receipt.
Pay in cryptocurrency and 5% comes off every payment: $94.05 a month, or $282.15 for the three-month minimum. The discount applies to additional services paid in crypto as well. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so confirm the wallet address with us by phone on +1 (716) 317-6884 before you send anything.
Whoever processes the payment or converts your Canadian dollars, whether that is Payoneer, PayPal, your card issuer, your bank or a crypto network, may charge for doing it. Those charges come from the provider, sit outside the $99 and are paid by you. If your card adds a foreign transaction fee to purchases in US dollars, expect it to apply here too.
Language
English included, French as an add-on, and what Québec asks of you
The three pages in the $99 program are written in English. French pages are a paid add-on: a French version of the site, or French pages alongside the English with each linked to the other, is quoted in writing before work starts, and your $99 a month does not change. Say you need French when you submit your project and the quote comes with the written scope.
In Québec it is more than a preference. The Charter of the French Language requires businesses in Québec to make commercial content, websites included, available in French. How English may appear alongside the French depends on your situation, and we build websites; we do not give legal advice. Confirm your obligations with the Office québécois de la langue française before you settle on an English-only site.
This page also has a French version written for Québec.
Time zones
Our working hours on your clock
We work Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM US Central Time. Canada and the US change their clocks on the same dates, so wherever your area observes daylight saving, these conversions hold all year:
- Eastern (most of Ontario and Québec): 11 AM to 8 PM. We are one hour behind you.
- Atlantic: noon to 9 PM. Newfoundland: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Mountain (Alberta): 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Pacific (British Columbia): 8 AM to 5 PM. We are two hours ahead of you.
- Saskatchewan: most of the province stays on Central Standard Time all year, so our hours match yours in winter and run 9 AM to 6 PM your time in summer.

Later on
If you add online selling, plan for Interac
The $99 website is built to bring in enquiries, not to run a store. If you later want to sell online, that is an additional service, quoted in writing before any work starts, and it does not change your $99 a month.
If you go that way, raise Interac at the quoting stage. It is the payment method many Canadian customers expect to see at checkout, and whether a store can offer it depends on the payment provider you choose.
For a full store, a booking system or other bigger builds, see Tecnomation in Canada, for larger or custom projects.
