The program
What the $99 a month covers for a business in Kuwait
You pay $99 a month against a regular price of $299, with a 3-month minimum and no setup fee. After the third month it runs month to month, and you can cancel any time. If you join at $99, that is your rate for as long as your subscription stays active.
For that you get:
- A custom-designed 3-page website, and a logo created or redesigned if you need one
- A domain and hosting for one year from launch, or a connection to the domain you already own, plus SSL
- Professionally written content in English, basic SEO setup and a contact form
- Call and WhatsApp buttons on every page
- QA, deployment, and ongoing management and support after launch, plus client portal access
Anything bigger, such as more pages, an online store or a booking system, is quoted in writing before work starts. Your $99 stays $99. The full list is on the pricing page.
Billing
Paying in US dollars from Kuwait
Every price here is in US dollars, and we do not invoice in dinars. The Kuwaiti dinar is managed against a basket of currencies rather than fixed to the dollar, so the dinar amount of a $99 payment follows the exchange rate and can differ a little from one month to the next. Your bank or card issuer does the conversion at its own rate.
There are three ways to pay:
- Payoneer, by card or bank transfer
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency, which takes 5% off every payment: $94.05 a month, or $282.15 for the first three months
Processing fees are charged by the payment provider, not by us. They are separate from the $99 and are paid by the client. If you pay in crypto, confirm the wallet address with us by phone on +1 (716) 317-6884 before you send anything, because a crypto transfer cannot be reversed.
Language
Arabic pages, as an add-on, built right to left
Many businesses in Kuwait want Arabic as the main language of the site. The three pages in the $99 program are written in English, and Arabic pages are a paid add-on: an Arabic version of the site, or Arabic pages alongside the English, is quoted in writing before work starts, and your $99 a month does not change. Tell us you want Arabic when you send the project form.
An Arabic page is not an English page with the text swapped in. Right-to-left layout means the whole design mirrors: navigation, alignment, icons that point a direction, and the order you read a form in. Phone numbers, email addresses and prices still read left to right inside Arabic text, and they have to be set that way on purpose or they break. We check every page in both directions on a phone before launch.
This page is also available in Arabic.
Contact and payments
WhatsApp from day one, KNET when you start selling online
For many customers in Kuwait, the first contact with a business is a WhatsApp message, not a form. Every site in the program has a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with your number in one tap, next to a call button and the contact form. Our support to you runs on WhatsApp too, alongside email, phone and the client portal.
If you later want to take payments on your site, KNET, Kuwait's national debit payment network, is what most Kuwaiti customers will expect to see at checkout. An online store and its KNET integration are e-commerce work, outside the 3-page site, and are quoted in writing before anything starts. The payment arrangement itself is between you and your bank or payment provider, and we build to what you are given.
Time zones
Working eight or nine hours apart
We are in Hillside, New Jersey, and our hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM US Central Time, which is 11 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time all year. Kuwait is UTC+3 all year and does not change its clocks. The US does, so Kuwait is eight hours ahead of Central (seven ahead of Eastern) during US summer time, and nine ahead of Central (eight ahead of Eastern) in the US winter.
- Our day starts at 6 PM in Kuwait in the US summer and at 7 PM in the US winter. It ends at 3 AM or 4 AM your time.
- A message you send at 10 AM on a Tuesday in Kuwait is answered that same evening, your time.
- Your working week runs Sunday to Thursday and ours runs Monday to Friday. A message sent on a Sunday is answered on Monday, US time, which is Monday evening in Kuwait.
- Friday is a working day for us, so a Thursday request may get its answer during your weekend.
We reply within one business day. A call is easiest at the start of our day, which is early evening for you. See how the build runs, step by step. For larger or custom projects, see Tecnomation's Kuwait page.
