Working with us from outside the US
We work with businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Everything runs remotely, so the process is the same wherever you are. What changes is practical:
- Currency. Prices are in US dollars and you are billed in USD. Any currency conversion or processing fee is charged by your bank or payment provider and paid by you.
- Payment. Payoneer (card or bank transfer), PayPal or cryptocurrency, with 5% off every crypto payment.
- Hours. We work Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM US Central Time (11 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time). Central is UTC−6 in winter and UTC−5 in summer, and Eastern is one hour ahead all year, because both change their clocks on the same dates. Where your clocks do not change, the overlap shifts by an hour with US daylight saving. Most of Canada shares a good part of our working day. In the Gulf, our hours start in your evening, between about 6 and 8 PM depending on the country and the season, and run past midnight.
- Contact. Email, phone, WhatsApp and video call, plus the client portal, which you can check at any hour.
More on each market: Canada, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, or all locations.
Getting started
What happens once your project is accepted
- You are offered an onboarding window. A specific start window, not a vague "soon". Your first payment confirms the slot and starts the build schedule.
- A short onboarding call. We talk through your business and what the site needs to do, and you get one checklist: your logo and assets if you have them, your services, your service area, and anything the site must say.
- Design and build. We design the pages, write the content, create or refresh your logo if needed, and build the site for mobile, tablet and desktop.
- You review a staging link. Design and content are refined with you as we go, and those revisions are part of the work, not extras.
- QA and launch. Forms tested, SSL issued, SEO basics set, domain and DNS handled. Nothing goes live until you have said yes.
The full process, with what we need from you at each stage, is on how it works.
Availability
If we are fully booked when you apply
We cap how many projects run at once, so there are times when we cannot take new work. When that happens, we say so rather than putting your project in a queue that never moves.
- Our availability is shown as one of four states: accepting new projects, limited availability, very limited availability, or currently fully booked.
- When the onboarding slots for a cycle are taken, we stop accepting and open a priority list for the next opening.
- Joining the priority list involves no payment and no obligation.
You can send a request at any time; we reply within one business day either way.
